Hello Dun Raven Villa residents! I have been watching over you and I think Dun Raven residents have been particularly good this year! I am keeping an eye on some of you who won all the prizes at the First Annual block party! You know who you are! I would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays and I hope that you are all staying healthy during this cold weather.
I want to remind you to check your fireplaces and furnaces to make sure they are functioning well for the winter.
Also, be sure to watch for me on Christmas Eve so I don't get a hot seat from your fireplace!
